Application Process
The application deadline for both TK and Kindergarten is February 15, 2023, with all admissions decisions made by March 1, 2023. Applications for transfer students in 1st through 8th grades are done on a rolling basis, dependent upon available space in a given grade level.
Step 1: Complete the Student Enrollment Application

To submit an application online, you will be asked to upload your student’s:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Baptismal certificate and/or communion certificate (if applicable)
- Current report card and test scores (for transfer students)

To submit a paper application, please download our application packet (pdf). It includes our notice of non-discrimination policy, a guide to immunization requirements, and the list of documents to include with your submission. Parents may submit an application in person or by mail.
A $35 application fee is payable with your submitted application.
Step 2: Receive Acceptance Notification
Acceptance notifications will be sent out in March 2023.
Step 3: Complete Health Checkup Requirement
All incoming TK and Kindergarten students must receive a health check up prior to school entry. Parents must submit a Report of Health Examination for School Entry (PM 171A) (pdf), completed by your student’s physician or health clinic, to our school office before the first day of school.
