Applications for students in Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten are due March 10, 2025. Grades 1 through 8 transfer applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Students are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten if they are age 4 by September 15th, and are capable of going to the bathroom alone.
Step 1: Complete the Student Enrollment Application

To submit an application online, you will be asked to upload your student’s:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Baptismal certificate and/or communion certificate (if applicable)
- Current report card and test scores (for transfer students)
Printed Application Packet: Parents may contact the front office to request a printed application packet.
A $35 application fee is payable with your submitted application.
Step 2: Receive Acceptance Notification
Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten admission decisions will be made by March 17, 2025. Admission decisions for 1st through 8th grade transfer applications will be made within two weeks of application submission.
Step 3: Complete Health Checkup Requirement
All incoming TK and Kindergarten students must receive a health check up prior to school entry. Parents must submit a Report of Health Examination for School Entry (PM 171A) (pdf), completed by your student’s physician or health clinic, to our school office before the first day of school.
